Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of eight years of work-related experience.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read construction site plans and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce Values Based Leadership across the division.
• Understand customer needs in construction technology and build value for customers.
• Develop and monitor a long-term collaborative strategic plan for the Machine Guidance Division to grow and satisfy stakeholders.
• Create and manage division core operational processes in Sales, Product Support, and Services delivery.
• Hire, train, develop, evaluate, and manage staff to exceed productivity targets and deliver Legendary Customer Service.
• Analyze expenditures and allocate capital resources to meet budget objectives.
• Work safely and adhere to safety policies and standards.
