Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels seeks a General Manager to lead all aspects of a full-service hotel or resort, overseeing operations across Front Office, F&B, Sales, Revenue, Engineering, Spa, Recreation, and Finance while driving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and People People culture.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive hotel leadership, a Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field, proven budgets and KPIs, and the ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Experience as GM, Resort Manager, or senior operations leader.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality, revenue, and guest experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations including Front Office, F&B, and Engineering.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service culture across departments.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor, and expenses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Marketing to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.
• Develop leaders and engage teams for performance excellence.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety policies.
