Job summary

CC Holdings, Inc. is seeking qualified General Managers to lead our Indianapolis-area restaurant operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee staffing, and manage costs while upholding our HEART Culture and high service standards.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Lilly Coffee Zon & Fuzion Cafes located in Eli Lilly Corporate Building & Tech Buildings (all locations located downtown Indianapolis) and operates:

• Monday - Friday
• 6:30 am - 4:30 pm (Shifts Vary)

• Experience with P&L reconciliation and cost control
