Job summary

A community sports organization in Grand Blanc, Michigan is seeking a General Manager to oversee facility operations, sales, and employee management. The ideal candidate has significant sales and leadership experience, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Availability for night and weekend shifts is required. Soccer knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be willing and able to work nights from Mon-Fri 4pm to 1am and Sat-Sun 6am to 1am.
• 2+ years successful sales experience.
• 1+ years formal leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be willing and able to work nights Mon-Fri from 4pm to 1am and Sat-Sun between 6am and 1am.

  • 2+ years successful sales experience

  • 1+ years Formal leadership/Supervisory experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, sales, and business operations

• Preferred:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

  • Soccer knowledge and/or experience as a player, coach, or working in a soccer related business

  • Team sports knowledge and experience

  • Working knowledge of business financials
