Job summary

Leader Emergency Vehicles, a California-based manufacturer of Type 1–Type 3 ambulances, seeks a General Manager to drive lean manufacturing, strategic planning, and order-to-cash execution. You will lead a multi-functional team, manage P&L, and align operations with growth objectives in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/engineering (Master’s preferred), bilingual English/Spanish, and a strong track record in lean manufacturing and leadership across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar; Master’s preferred.
• Bi-Lingual in English and intermediate Spanish.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities with leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading order-to-c cash processes and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assumes leadership of lean manufacturing principles and drives sustainment; trains employees at all levels.
• Directly leads local business unit team and coaches project execution to meet annual plan.
• Sets strategic direction, targets, and talent deployment to improve performance.
• Leads achievement of financial targets: net sales, EBITDA, and working capital.
• Oversees order-to-cash process, production scheduling, safety and environmental compliance.
