Jersey Mike's Renton is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations and drive performance. You will hire and coach a high-performing team, foster a positive culture, and ensure every guest enjoys a premium Sub Above experience.

The role requires experience managing restaurant P&L, labor and food costs, while upholding food safety and brand standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Age requirements for operating certain equipment may apply.
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided or supported.

• Lead the overall operation and performance of the restaurant.
