You will hire and develop a team, manage costs, uphold food quality and safety, and drive sales while delivering the Jersey Mike's experience. This role offers opportunities for growth within a supportive culture and a strong emphasis on community relations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided or supported if applicable

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operation and performance of your restaurant
• Hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Creating a positive, engaging workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience and ensuring every customer receives a "Sub Above" experience
• Driving sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and profitability
• Ensuring consistent execution of Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support restaurant performance
• Maintaining compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
• Developing future leaders by coaching Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers
• Building strong relationships within the local community while representing the Jersey Mike's brand
• Analyzing restaurant performance and implementing action plans to achieve operational goals
• Partnering with your Regional Manager to continuously improve results and develop your team
