Job summary

GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional Wingstop guest experience. This leadership role focuses on accountability, training future leaders, driving sales, and ensuring profitability across the restaurant.

You will be responsible for maintaining safety, quality, brand standards, and financial performance while building a positive culture and coaching teams to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
