MOD Pizza is seeking a Field Operations General Manager in Oregon to lead the restaurant, coach the squad, and drive profitability. You will model MOD culture, own guest experience, and manage two core areas: frontline coaching and administrative planning.

The role emphasizes leadership of leaders, staffing, training progress, and community involvement to lift both the restaurant and the surrounding community. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading leaders in restaurant management.
• Experience executing training, performance and staffing programs.
• Strong business acumen with ability to read financials and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the squad, developing leadership capabilities.
• Review restaurant results and develop action plans using MOD tools.
• Own staffing, build talent pipelines and conduct compliant interviewing.
• Oversee employee processing, compliance and lifecycle documentation.
• Implement MOD training plans and monitor learner progress.
• Drive community engagement through fundraising and catering initiatives.
• Plan staffing using forecasts and labor model to meet MOD standards.
• Maintain loss prevention and asset protection procedures.
• Manage ordering and inventory to meet targets.
• Communicate internal updates and participate in meetings.
• Collaborate with vendors and facilities to maintain restaurant condition.
