With a base salary of $75-85k plus a 10% bonus, you'll play a vital role in daily operations, team development, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a restaurant management or general manager role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop hourly teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Chubbies Burgers location successfully.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee all day-to-day store operations.
