Jersey Mike's Renton is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of the restaurant, coach teams, and deliver an outstanding Sub Above guest experience. You will drive operations, finance, and people development in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As a GM, you will hire and train a high-performing team, uphold food safety standards, manage labor and costs, and foster a positive culture. We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for advancement within Jersey Mike's.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided or supported if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall operation and performance of the restaurant.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Create a positive, engaging workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure every customer receives a Sub Above experience.
• Drive sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and overall profitability.
• Ensure consistent execution of Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support restaurant performance.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Develop future leaders by coaching Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Build strong relationships within the local community while representing the Jersey Mike's brand.
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to achieve operational goals.
• Partner with Regional Manager to continuously improve results and develop your team.
