Job summary

Huey Magoo’s Restaurants LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold brand standards. The GM will train and develop team members, supervise shifts, and ensure top-quality food and guest experience while controlling costs and maintaining safety.

The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work 50–55 hours per week, with a proactive, hands-on leadership style and a focus on brand culture.

Qualifications

• Must have Servsafe certificate.
• Identify training opportunities and train team members to interact with customers.
• Complete daily food safety checks including FIFO and date codes.
• Ensure a clean, safe restaurant environment and guest safety.
• Demonstrate strong cash handling and basic accounting awareness.
• Enforce child labor laws and maintain professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to work 50–55 hour weeks and lead a cohesive team.
• Skilled in scheduling, ordering, and inventory processes.
• Uphold Huey Magoo’s culture, vision and brand beliefs.
