Huey Magoo’s Restaurants LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold brand standards. The GM will train and develop team members, supervise shifts, and ensure top-quality food and guest experience while controlling costs and maintaining safety.
The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work 50–55 hours per week, with a proactive, hands-on leadership style and a focus on brand culture.
A Huey Magoo’s General Manager is the head chicken in the hen house. Consistent in the brands message that is trained, coached and upheld in day-to-day operations. The GM is challenged with leading by example. The general manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Managing Huey Magoo’s level of brand standards in all areas of operation; ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our guests. They also take an integral part of introducing the brand to our newest brand partners. Always seeking to provide training and development opportunities for team members. A Huey Magoo’s GM is pro‑active, involved, present, organized, energetic and a great listener. Leading a team of people, building relationships with guests and co‑workers. Train and develop team members, controlling food, paper, and labor costs, safety, guest and vendor relations, restaurant maintenance, and inventory management. This is a full‑time position where the manager supervises the shifts and would be opening and closing the restaurant. Our GM is consistent with teaching the proven and current methods that make our restaurants successful and profitable every day. Driving excellence and producing bottom line results to the P&L is second only to being committed to the quality of the employee experience in our restaurant. This top profile, face‑forward and exciting position demands a handcrafted fusion of professional acumen, organization, teaching skills, and creativity. This candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to introduce and teach predefined processes. A sense of urgency is critical to success.
