Job summary

Huey Magoo’s Shift Manager oversees daily operations during designated shifts, supervises employees, and ensures guests receive outstanding service. Responsibilities include handling shift issues, delegating tasks, reporting issues to management, and maintaining smooth workflows in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to manage schedules, monitor cash handling, uphold health and safety standards, and coach team members to meet brand standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to set targets, delegate tasks, resolve incidents.
• Ability to respond to, and give, feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English; multilingual a plus.
• Must stand for 8+ hours and work in fast-paced, loud environments.
• Familiarity with point-of-sales systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, creating a positive, guest-oriented working environment.
• Supervise team on shift, assign duties, and manage shift schedule.
• Ensure adherence to policies, health and safety standards.
• Assist Front of House to ensure guest satisfaction and flow of service.
• Participate in cash handling procedures and end-of-night deposits.
