Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health, wage and safety regulations, leading a team to deliver outstanding guest service, managing food cost and labor, and upholding Firehouse Subs policies and culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Must have open availability (day shift, night shift, weekends, holidays.)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance to all local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA.
• Enforce knowledge and adherence to Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Help operate the business within guidelines for food cost, labor, controllable costs, utilities and sales growth.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times.
• Communicate issues to the General Manager and Chief of Staff that may impact the business.
• Maintain restaurant equipment and report problems promptly.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager and Chief of Staff.
