Job summary

Milton Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience at our Wingstop locations. You will cultivate accountability, develop future leaders, drive sales and profitability, and uphold brand standards with integrity.

On-site leadership role requiring strong coaching, financial acumen, and a calm, data-driven approach to problem-solving to sustain exceptional operations and guest

GENERAL MANAGER

Position Summary

As a General Manager at Milton Restaurant Group, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experience. You'll be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, developing future leaders, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest receives the Wingstop experience they expect. This role is a key leadership position that helps shape the future of our restaurants and our company.

• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
