Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily bakery operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will manage cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, and the work environment to ensure quality and consistency.

You will be responsible for P&L management, inventory control, and driving sales and profitability while maintaining NbC’s warm, welcoming culture in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail/hospitality/foodservice.
• Foodservice safety training certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day bakery operations and guest experience.
• Oversees cake production, brand and merchandise presentation.
• Manages work environment, P&L and inventory control.
• Drives sales and profitability while upholding quality and service.
