The role requires proven leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage inventory, schedules, and compliance with health regulations, while driving sales through promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financial data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Organized and meticulous with ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
