Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in customer service with management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsabilités

• Own overall restaurant performance across sales, people, and operations.
• Manage restaurant P&L, labor, food costs, and expenses.
• Develop and execute plans to hit sales goals and profitability.
• Monitor performance trends and address gaps.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and cash handling.
• Lead by example by working across all areas during peak periods.
