Blaze Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead a company-owned restaurant in Eastvale, CA. You will drive guest experiences, food safety, and overall restaurant excellence while building a high-performing team.

As GM, you will manage operations, scheduling, labor, and inventory to achieve profitability targets and uphold Blaze Pizza standards across all shifts. A strong track record in leadership and P&L management is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant operations management with P&L responsibility.
• Proven skills in employee and guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Basic computer literacy and data analytics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership to reinforce Blaze Pizza culture.
• Recruits and equips employees to deliver great Guest interactions.
• Leads performance conversations and develops Managers and Team Members.
• Controls day-to-day operations to support restaurant profitability.
