McDonald’s in California seeks a General Manager to oversee a busy restaurant in West Covina, driving profitability while ensuring Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You’ll lead Department Managers, set goals, coach performance, and develop a capable team for future growth.

The role requires prior GM experience in high-volume settings, strong hospitality or retail background, and compliance with local food-safety requirements. 18+ and a valid California Food Handler Card are expected.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Must be 18 years or older to work in management.
• California Manager Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting goals and coaching to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future growth.
• Maintain high-volume operation, safety, and excellent customer service.
