McDonald's in Texas seeks a General Manager for a corporate-owned restaurant. You will be responsible for running a profitable operation while upholding McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, and you will lead a team of managers to achieve restaurant goals.

Ideal candidates have GM experience with high-volume venues and a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail, and you must be 18 years or older to oversee restaurant operations.

Formación

• Experience as General Manager in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants (QSR) or hospitality/retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Department Managers to meet restaurant goals.
• Set goals with leaders, monitor progress, and provide coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership.
• Maintain high-volume restaurant operations with Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
