You will manage Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve operations. The position may include hiring and developing a strong leadership group to ensure future success.

Qualifications

• General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and meeting McDonald’s customer standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
• Leads a team of Department Managers, setting goals, coaching and directing to improve the restaurant.
• May hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team.
