Better Buzz Coffee Company is expanding and seeking a General Manager for a new California location in Folsom. The role leads a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, while building a high-performing staff and maintaining profitable, compliant cafe operations.

Training is provided, with emphasis on culture, integrity, and guest satisfaction. The General Manager will train away from home for 8 weeks, require open availability, and work a 45-hour week.

Qualifications

• 3 years of GM experience in a high-volume, high-velocity cafe/restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of managers and staff to uphold Better Buzz standards.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues with urgency and empathy.
• Manage operations to meet or exceed financial targets including labor and costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and employment regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support brand initiatives and growth.
