Responsabilités

• Own all aspects of leading the bakery-cafe team including staffing, scheduling, development, performance management and succession planning.
• Hire, onboard and train new team members while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Manage performance to meet goals, quality standards and guest service expectations.
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera's Guiding Values & Behaviors.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations; maintain a safe workplace.
