Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across a high-volume restaurant. You will mentor a diverse team, manage inventory, scheduling, and cash handling while upholding brand standards and food safety.

The role offers opportunities to implement strategic initiatives, analyze financial performance, and foster a positive work environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in a high-volume food/hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
