Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our Parker, Colorado location. You will ensure compliance with health, wage, and safety regulations while upholding the Firehouse culture and guest‑centric service.

You will drive profitability, oversee staffing and training, and execute company initiatives. The GM will represent the brand in local marketing efforts and maintain a positive, teamwork‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance to all local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age restrictions and OSHA requirements.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure profitability by managing food cost, labor, controllable expenses, utilities and sales growth.
• Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and develop the restaurant team.
