Job summary

June's All Day Cafe in Dallas is seeking a General Manager to safeguard guest experiences, team culture, and the financial bottom line across FOH and BOH. You will lead pre-opening efforts and own the restaurant’s performance from day one.

As GM you will recruit and develop a top-tier team, implement SOPs, manage budgets, and cultivate local vendor relationships while driving a hospitality-forward guest journey.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as GM in a high-volume concept ($4M+ revenue).
• New restaurant opening experience highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the Dallas dining landscape and guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-opening charge, including high-volume hiring, vendor relations, SOPs, and opening budget/timeline.
• Own the restaurant's financial performance: drive revenue, manage labor, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Build and retain a high-performing team and foster an inclusive hospitality culture.
• Ensure seamless All-Day execution from breakfast to wine-forward dinner.
• Represent the brand in Dallas and cultivate relationships with guests, media, and partners.
