Job summary

Tavistock Restaurant Collection in Lake Nona, Orlando, FL, seeks a General Manager to lead a multi-concept restaurant portfolio as a community destination. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, oversee operations, and partner with culinary leadership to deliver seamless service across Laugh Nona venues.

The role requires 5+ years of restaurant leadership, strong P&L and budget skills, and the ability to recruit and coach a top team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
• 3+ years as a General Manager or equivalent leader in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to manage P&L performance, labor, cost of goods, and operational budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and overall restaurant operations ensuring service, quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by engaging with guests and resolving concerns.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team of managers and hourly staff.
• Monitor metrics such as sales, labor, and profitability and drive action plans to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary leadership on menus, promotions, and events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Build relationships within the Lake Nona community and support local marketing and events.
• Develop future leaders through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
