Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa South Park, located at 4310 Sharon Rd X11, Charlotte, NC 28211, is seeking a results-driven Spa Leader! The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is proactive, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales, with a pathway to leading your own location. Promotions depend on market growth, role availability, and performance, with a goal of continuous leadership development. We value motivated leaders passionate about growth and success.

Compensation Package: Competitive hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, with average annual earnings up to $45,000 based on performance.

As a GM in Training, you will:

  • Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
  • Lead the front desk team to meet sales and performance targets
  • Provide exceptional guest service
  • Oversee daily front desk operations
  • Assist in managing daily business operations
  • Train, monitor, and coach team members
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
  • Educate clients on services and promotions
  • Maintain spa cleanliness standards
  • Handle administrative tasks like sales reporting and cash handling

The schedule includes weekends, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
