Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Controls cost categories (food, labor, cash, and controllable expenses) within company guidelines and budgets.
• Drives sales growth by improving Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels for all days/parts, to meet scheduling requirements.
• Prepares and conducts performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Performs hiring for new crew, shift leaders, and AGMs.
• Coaches and trains staff to achieve certification and performance levels.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and organization per sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Maintains safe restaurant environment and takes corrective action when needed.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and reports needed repairs.
• Ensures guest service excellence and handles guest complaints to promote repeat business.
• Provides feedback to area coach through daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manages turnover through effective recruitment and training.
• Assists with food preparation and cash handling as required.
