You will collaborate with store leadership, manage scheduling and reporting, and play a key role in talent development and operational execution within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop, c-store or similar management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales of $2+ million.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations within the store, fuel, restaurant, and related areas.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through upkeep and safety checks.
• Drive product and service sales via efficient ordering, stocking, and merchandising.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financials including profit and loss and identify improvement opportunities.
