Harri in Oceanside, CA is seeking a General Manager in Training to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the local business unit. You will implement strategy, manage people, and establish policies to drive profits while growing the business.

The role requires thoughtful leadership, decisive decision-making, and a commitment to developing and enabling staff to be productive and successful. This is a hands-on development path toward a senior leadership position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manager or similar executive role.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.

• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
