Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a General Manager for In-Room Dining and Mini Bar to lead the F&B team with a focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years in upscale F&B, at least 5 years in a leadership position, and a strong track record in team engagement and operations. A post-secondary diploma is a plus, and flexibility for a 24-hour operation is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in food & beverage in upscale luxury environments.
• At least 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Expert in F&B operations with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
