Starwood Hotels is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead Front of House operations, inspire teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will drive service excellence across three-meal dining, in-room dining, and banquets while mentoring staff and optimizing financial performance.

As a hands-on leader, you will foster growth, elevate standards, and ensure seamless collaboration with other departments in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for food & beverage with at least 3 years of similar experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations, leadership, guest and team engagement, and financial performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be flexible to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all Front of House Food & Beverage operations as Manager on Duty.
• Manage three-meal restaurant service, in-room dining, and banquet/event operations.
• Lead and develop hotel team members to deliver exceptional service and sustain financial performance.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of Front of House Food & Beverage operations while serving as Manager on Duty, including:

• Three-meal restaurant service
• In-room dining & Mini Bar
• Banquet and event operations
