Job summary

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead Front of House operations, serve as Manager on Duty, and elevate guest experiences across restaurant service, in-room dining, and banquets.

You will mentor teams, drive service standards, and oversee financial performance in a 24-hour operation. A minimum of 3 years in F&B leadership and a post-secondary degree are preferred; commitment to sustainability and guest engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and a proven track record in guest and team engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Willingness to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
