Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead front of house dining and banquet operations in a prestigious hospitality setting. You will oversee three‑meal restaurant service, in‑room dining, and event operations while inspiring a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a hands‑on leader with a track record in financial performance, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a 24‑hour operation.

Qualifications

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
