Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: coach and empower a team across operations, sales, customer service, and maintenance.
• Drive Operations & Profitability: oversee a $20M+ revenue operation, review P&Ls, optimize routes, and cut costs.
• Champion Safety: lead safety and accident-prevention programs to keep everyone safe.
• Be the Face of GFL: build relationships, partner with sales, and lead contract negotiations.
• Optimize Everything: use routing and dispatch tech to deliver peak efficiency.
