Qualifications

• Experience leading a mid- to large-sized retail team.
• Proven ability to manage profitability and sales targets.
• Strong working knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach and schedule team members.
• Oversee inventory and operational standards, and POS systems.
• Leading on-duty shifts and coordinating store operations.
