• Drive Business Growth: Partner with ownership to execute strategies that increase revenue, improve profitability, and expand service opportunities.
• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee HVAC, plumbing, sales, dispatch, customer service, and administrative functions while ensuring efficient execution across departments.
• Improve Financial Performance: Monitor gross margins, labor costs, operating expenses, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, coach, develop, and hold managers and employees accountable for achieving performance goals.
• Implement Scalable Systems: Establish effective workflows, standard operating procedures, KPIs, and performance tracking processes.
• Strengthen Sales & Marketing: Work with sales teams and the company's marketing partner to improve lead conversion, customer retention, and revenue generation.
• Optimize Operations: Improve technician productivity, scheduling, communication, and overall service efficiency.
• Take Ownership: Independently manage day-to-day operations, resolve challenges, and keep ownership informed of performance, priorities, and results.

Are you an experienced HVAC, plumbing, or home services leader who knows how to grow revenue, improve profitability, and build high-performing teams?

At Lincoln Air & Plumbing, we're looking for a proven General Manager who can take ownership of our daily operations while helping lead the company into its next stage of growth. This isn't a position for someone who simply maintains the status quo. We need a results-driven leader who understands what it takes to scale a service business, establish effective systems, develop strong teams, and turn growth strategies into measurable results.

Ideally, you've already helped operate or grow an HVAC, plumbing, or home services company generating $5 million to $20 million or more in annual revenue. You understand the challenges of scaling a business, know how to strengthen financial performance, and can create the operational structure needed for sustainable growth. We're looking for someone who has already been where we're trying to go and is ready to help us get there.

What You'll Do

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a multimillion-dollar HVAC, plumbing, or home services business, preferably with annual revenue of $5 million or more.
• Previous experience as a General Manager, Director of Operations, or similar senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving profit margins, expanding operations, or achieving significant revenue growth.
• Familiarity with Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar business management software.
• Experience working directly with business owners to execute growth initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $110,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
