Job summary

Verto People Ltd in Rockledge, Florida, seeks a General Manager to lead a high-volume HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical service business. You will own P&L, drive sales, oversee operations and growth.

The role offers a base salary of $120,000–$140,000 with a $30,000–$50,000 bonus and the autonomy to make strategic commercial and operational decisions, supported by an established leadership team. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in management, at least 3 years of P&L experience, and a track record in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• At least 3 years of P&L management.
• Proven ability to drive B2C sales growth in home services.
• Experience leading HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical service teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of P&L performance, budgeting and cost control.
• Lead sales and operations across HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans with measurable targets.
• Coach and develop department managers and leadership teams.
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance management of staff.
• Monitor KPIs, resource allocation and service delivery for profitability.
