Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of hospitality management experience.

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations and ensure top-notch guest service.
• Coach and counsel staff; hire/fire in accordance with forecasts.
• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and transport teams to meet job standards.
• Maintain productive work environment and positive guest interactions.
• Ensure clear communication and timely completion of duties; plan and prioritize activities.
