Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hospitality management experience.
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff, executive housekeeper, housekeepers, maintenance, and van drivers.
• Coach, counsel, hire and fire in accordance with forecast and policy.
• Lead day-to-day hotel operations and ensure quality service.
• Maintain productive work environment and positive guest interactions.
