You will oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and facilities, ensuring compliance and sustainable operations while nurturing a high-performing, guest-focused team in a scenic California location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hospitality leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CA and Federal employment laws.
• Proven track record as hotel General Manager.
• Independent high-end lifestyle hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, F&B and other departments.
• Drive revenue through strategic pricing and upselling initiatives.
• Maintain guest satisfaction through a guest-centric culture and service excellence.
• Ensure maintenance of facilities and compliance with regulatory standards.
