• 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team, developing future leaders within the organization.
• Guest Experience – Ensure every guest receives exceptional service across dine-in, digital, and catering channels.
• Operational Excellence – Maintain a strong and visible presence in the restaurant, coaching team to execute daily operations effectively.
• Food Quality & Safety – Uphold Rōti’s commitment to fresh, flavorful food and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Facility & Equipment Management – Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and compliant.
• Financial & Business Performance – Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost control strategies to drive profitability.
• Marketing & Sales Growth – Implement local marketing initiatives to drive sales and community engagement.
• Regulatory Compliance – Adhere to labor laws, health department requirements, and safety standards.
• Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution – Address guest concerns and staff issues with professionalism.
