Job summary

Rōti is seeking a General Manager for the Minnesota market to lead the RoTeam and create warm, flavorful hospitality. You will hire, develop, and empower a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences across dine-in, carryout, and catering while upholding Rōti's VIBE.

As a GM, you’ll own operations, P&L, budgeting, and local marketing initiatives, ensuring food quality, safety, and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years in a GM role.
• Strong hospitality focus and guest experience mindset.
• Ability to lead by example and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing RoTeam to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage restaurant operations and daily execution with accountability.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control to drive profitability.
• Drive local marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and labor regulations.
• Adapt to evolving needs and take on additional duties as required.
