Location: Dallas, Texas

Reports To: Executive Leadership, Gillon Property Group
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Gillon Property Group (GPG) is a Dallas-based commercial real estate investor, developer, and operator and the exclusive real estate vehicle of the Washburne family, fourth- and fifth-generation descendants of H. L. Hunt. GPG and its affiliates oversee a commercial real estate portfolio built up over decades and dedicated to driving long-term value by creating extraordinary places that enhance people’s lives.
GPG invests across mixed-use, multifamily, retail, and office properties in select U.S. markets. The portfolio is anchored by some of the most iconic destinations in the country, including Highland Park Village (Dallas, est. 1931) and Country Club Plaza (Kansas City, est. 1922). The firm operates with a principal-investor mindset, a disciplined investment process, and a long-term, fundamentals-driven approach to value creation, bringing the institutional quality of a much larger firm together with the agility and culture of a private, family-owned company.
Highland Park Village, the first inward-facing open-air shopping center in the United States and one of the premier luxury destinations in North America, seeks an experienced General Manager (GM) to lead its operations. The GM will elevate the guest experience, cultivate tenant relationships, drive business performance, and preserve the Village’s legacy as a luxury retail destination of the first rank.
The ideal candidate brings a proven record as a General Manager in luxury hospitality, with an exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and deliver elevated service standards. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that pairs strategic vision with operational excellence.
Gillon Property Group expects all employees and leaders within the firm to embody the following values:
This is an opportunity for an accomplished hospitality leader to take the helm of one of the most celebrated retail destinations in the country. Since acquisition, sales at Highland Park Village have grown from $500 to $3,000 per square foot, and the Village ranks among the top three luxury destinations in North America.
The General Manager will work in direct partnership with GPG leadership and ownership, with real influence over the guest experience, tenant relationships, and the daily life of the Village. The right candidate will find at GPG a long-term mandate, a family steward’s commitment to the place, and the resources to set the standard for luxury hospitality in retail.
