Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead an high-volume restaurant operation in Colorado. You will guide daily operations, drive performance, and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires proven GM experience in food/hospitality, exceptional leadership, and the ability to analyze financial data while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume establishment.
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to analyze financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships.
