The Gillis Organization is seeking a General Manager to operate a McDonald's restaurant in New Jersey, driving profitability while meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will lead Department Managers, set goals, and coach teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants.
• Experience in hospitality or retail.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing staff.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher education.
• Excellent communication skills.
