Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant or similar role.
• Experience leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Strong understanding of high-volume kitchen operations, including production planning and ticket flow.
• Working knowledge of restaurant financials including P&L, labor, inventory, and cost controls.
• Certifications: ServSafe and TIPS, or ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar operations.
• Lead high-volume kitchen execution with prep, staffing, and coordination between teams.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, inventory, storage, and waste controls.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and team members.
• Create schedules that support labor goals and guest service.
• Provide ongoing coaching and address performance concerns.
• Review guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the experience.
• Manage sales, labor, cost of goods, and operating expenses.
